Shipping Information

Items are shipped within 1-3 days from the day the order is placed. Items within the US are shipped via USPS First Class and usually arrive within 3-5 days, or sooner if you are in or near Northern California. This may be different during peak seasons like the winter holiday season.

Returns

All sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damaged packaging: sarahincolorart@gmail.com. You can also DM me on Instagram @sarah.in.color. If an item arrives damaged then a refund will be issued within 1-3 days upon receiving photos of the damaged packaging.
